By booking or submitting a form on proficientclean.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as listed on our site. Scope, pricing, and arrival windows are confirmed by quote/booking. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

2. Customer Duties

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the property

  • Provide running water + electricity

  • Secure or disclose hazardous items

  • Put away valuables
    We are not responsible for damaged/misplaced items not properly secured.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices vary by condition/size.

  • Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise stated.

  • Late balances may incur fees.

4. Cancellations

  • Please give 24-hour notice.

  • Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may be charged up to the full quoted amount.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue free of charge.

6. SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive texts related to scheduling, service updates, and marketing.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not properly secured

  • Natural wear from cleaning products

Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.

8. Pets

Pets must be secured. We are not responsible for pets escaping or reacting to equipment/products.

9. Photos

Before/after pictures may be taken for quality purposes. They will not be publicly posted without permission.

10. Supplies

We provide supplies unless requested otherwise. All products are industry-standard. If you require specialty or green-only products, notify us in advance.

11. Access

If no one is home, customer must provide access instructions. Failure to grant access may result in a lock-out charge.

12. Recurring Service

Recurring appointments may receive discounted rates. If service is canceled before the third cleaning, price may revert to standard single-clean rates.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada.
